Cancellation Before Blood Collection: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact us before you have attended the pathology collection centre for your blood test. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
No Refunds After Blood Collection: Once your blood sample has been collected at the pathology centre, the order becomes non-refundable. This is because laboratory processing begins immediately after sample collection.

Service Issues: If the pathology collection centre is unable to collect your blood sample due to circumstances within our control (invalid referral, technical issues with our service), you will receive a full refund. Issues related to the pathology centre’s operations or your medical suitability for the test are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from the date of your refund request. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times, typically 5-10 additional business days.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Initiating an unauthorised chargeback may result in:
- Suspension of your account access
- Inability to access test results
- Legal action to recover owed amounts and chargeback fees
Currency and International Payments
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are paying with a card issued in another currency, your financial institution will convert the charge at their prevailing exchange rate and may apply foreign transaction fees.
Taxes
Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required by Australian law where applicable. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may apply based on your location.

Your payment generates a pathology referral that you must present at an approved pathology collection centre. You are responsible for attending the collection centre during their operating hours. We do not control pathology centre wait times, availability, or collection procedures.
