Approved Blood Collection Locations
All tests require a consultation with a medical practitioner. As part of your consultation, your doctor will assess if you are eligible for the testing service.
Your doctor can then complete the appropriate test request form before a blood collection appointment can be arranged. Once you have a completed test request form, you can attend an approved blood collection location listed below.
Nationwide available via Healius Pathology and certain Sonic Pathology Clinics.
Note for Sonic Pathology you will need to apply a search filter. Under ‘specialised collections’ select ‘non-invasive prenatal Test (NIPT)’, click close and search.
Also available through the High Risk Clinic at The Sydney Breast Clinic, Sydney (consultation is required).

Once your doctor has completed the BREASTEST plus test request form, you must call 1300 222 539 to book your blood collection appointment.
Appointments for BREASTEST plus™ cannot be booked directly with collection centres.
